Russia favours the notion of IAEA experts staying permanently at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station, said Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s envoy to international organisations in Vienna, on Wednesday.
Rafael Grossi, the IAEA’s chief, stated that the agency intended to establish a permanent post at the plant. Nuclear inspectors from the United Nations arrived at the plant early on Wednesday.
