Superstar Prabhas, eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire,’ celebrated his birthday on Monday. In a remarkable display of affection, his fans set a record by erecting the largest cutout of him. This colossal cutout, featuring the actor’s poster from the film, now stands tall in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, reaching a towering height of 230 feet.
The film ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ marks the first-ever collaboration between Prabhas and the acclaimed ‘KGF’ director Prashanth Neel. Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu also star in this highly anticipated project.
Before the birthday festivities, Prabhas received a unique and special gift from X (formerly Twitter) in the form of a custom emoji modelled after his character from ‘Salaar: Part One – Ceasefire.’
Produced by Hombale Films, ‘Salaar’ is set to grace the theaters on December 22. Interestingly, it will go head-to-head with the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Dunki,’ which marks the first collaboration between SRK and Rajkumar Hirani of ‘3 Idiots’ fame. ‘Dunki’ also features Taapsee Pannu, adding to the excitement of this cinematic clash.
