Mumbai: The leading brand in the two-wheeler segment in the country, Bajaj Auto has introduced discount offer during the festive for e-scooters. The company has listed its Chetak electric scooter under the special festival price range.Interested customers now purchase the battery-powered vehicle at the special price range of Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Chetak electric scooter comes with t IP67-rated water resistance classification battery pack. The 2.9 kWh battery generates a max output of 5.3 bhp and 20 Nm of peak torque. The electric two-wheeler can provide an ARAI-certified range of 108 km, or even more on a single charge, depending upon the riding style. The scooter takes 5 hours to reach the charging point from zero point to 100. However, it does not support fast charging as yet.
