Renowned actor Al Pacino, who recently celebrated the arrival of a baby boy, is set to provide substantial financial support. He’ll be disbursing a monthly sum of $30,000 (equivalent to Rs 2,498,064.85) to his 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, for the welfare of their 4-month-old son, Roman. The couple’s romantic journey began in April 2022, culminating in the birth of Roman at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6 of the same year. However, their relationship took a different turn in September, leading to Alfallah seeking full physical custody of their child.
October saw the resolution of the custody and support matters between Al Pacino, 83, and Alfallah. The freshly unveiled documents shed light on their parenting arrangement and the financial responsibilities tied to raising their infant son. Notably, Pacino will make an initial payment of $110,000 and then provide a “base” child support of $30,000 each month. Additionally, he might contribute up to an extra $90,000 annually based on his earnings.
Furthermore, Pacino has committed to contributing $15,000 annually to an education fund for Roman, commencing this year. He will also bear 100 percent of any medical expenses not covered by insurance. In terms of custody, Alfallah has been granted primary physical custody, with Pacino being awarded visitation rights. The couple will collaboratively determine how holidays and school schedules will be managed.
The agreement further stipulates Pacino’s commitment to covering his girlfriend’s attorney fees, capped at $20,000. This agreement aligns with Alfallah’s original filing from September, in which she requested that Pacino be granted “reasonable visitation” and that they share joint legal custody of Roman. A voluntary declaration of parentage, signed by both Alfallah and Pacino six days after Roman’s birth, acknowledges Pacino’s paternity concerning their child.
