*Ingredients:*
– ½ cup cashew nuts
– ½ cup dates
– ½ cup cherry
– ½ cup Tutti fruity
– ½ cup black raisins
– 1 cup grape wine
– ½ cup orange juice
– 2 tablespoons orange skin
– 2 tablespoons honey
– ¼ cup sugar
– ½ cup water plus 2 tablespoons
– 1 cup maida (refined wheat flour)
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– ¼ teaspoon baking soda
– 1 pinch salt
– ½ cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 100 grams (melted) butter
– 1 piece of cinnamon
– 2 pieces of cloves
– 2 pieces cardamom
– 1 small piece of nutmeg
– 1 small piece of dried ginger

*Preparation:*
1. Mix dried fruits and nuts with wine, orange juice, and masala powder in a frying pan.
2. Cook the mix until water content evaporates, then add honey.
3. Caramelize ¼ cup of sugar and two tablespoons of water in a frying pan, add half a cup of water, and set aside to cool.
4. Sift maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt three times.
5. Combine 1 ½ of this powder with the fruit mix.
6. Beat powdered sugar and eggs in a mixer jar, add vanilla essence and butter, and beat further.
7. Mix the egg blend with caramelized sugar, then fold in the sifted flour gradually to form the batter.
8. Add the cooked fruit mix and blend well.
9. Grease baking paper with butter and place it in a baking tin.
10. Preheat the baking vessel, place the tin inside, and bake for one hour and ten minutes.
11. A 1.140 kg cake is ready; let it cool before serving.
