**Ingredients:**
– 1 kg of black raisins with seeds
– 1 tablespoon of wheat
– 1 piece of cinnamon
– 2 cloves
– ¼ teaspoon of yeast
– 2 liters of boiled water, cooled to room temperature

**Preparation:**
1. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Dry and transfer raisins to a jar, then crush them.
3. Wrap wheat, cinnamon, and cloves in cloth, placing them in the jar.
4. Add yeast to the jar and pour in cooled boiled water.
5. Mix thoroughly, sealing the jar with a cloth for 21 days.
6. Stir the contents daily without opening the jar.

8. Sieve the contents and transfer the wine to a glass bottle.
9. Serve after an additional 10 days, yielding about 1.5 liters of wine.
10. De-seed squeezed raisins, storing them in the refrigerator for future use in cakes.
