**Masters Scholarship:**
Covering three streams, this scholarship includes:
1. A two-year program for those with a bachelor’s degree.
2. The last two years of a five-year integrated master’s program.
3. The first two years of an integrated PhD with eligibility based on a bachelor’s degree.
The monthly scholarship is Rs 8,000 for two years. Second-year students receive it for only one year. Enrollment must occur by 2024-25 or earlier. Current DST-INSPIRE and KVPY scholarship recipients are ineligible. Previous awardees not utilizing the scholarship can reapply. Decisions on six-year Integrated MEd course scholarships rest with zonal coordinators.
**Doctoral Scholarship:**
For candidates in a four-year PhD program in Mathematics, this scholarship may extend to the fifth year if necessary. Evaluation of academic progress occurs annually. Enrolment for PhD must be completed by January 2025. The scholarship is Rs 35,000 monthly for the first two years, increasing to Rs 42,000 thereafter. An annual grant of Rs 40,000 and house rent allowance per Central norms is also provided. Current CSIR, UGC, and DST-INSPIRE scholarship holders are ineligible.
