Parliament Breach: Delhi Police retrieve burnt phone components in Rajasthan

The Delhi Police, in the ongoing investigation into the Parliament security breach, has reportedly recovered burnt remnants of mobile phones used by the accused. These phones were found in Rajasthan, where the alleged mastermind, Lalit Jha, had fled. Jha is said to have disposed of the phones by burning them in an attempt to destroy evidence. As part of the inquiry, police had written to a cellular company seeking information about Lalit Jha and the other four accused who were involved in the security breach.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi acknowledged the gravity of the Parliament breach, emphasizing the need for a thorough investigation into the matter. He stated, “The seriousness of the incident that happened in Parliament should not be underestimated at all. The Speaker, sir, is taking necessary steps with full seriousness. The investigating agencies are investigating the matter strictly. We need to go deep into the matter to understand what are the elements and intentions behind this. Solutions should also be found with one mind. Everyone should avoid debate or resistance on such topics,” as reported by Dainik Jagran.
