Tropical Chia Smoothie recipe for breakfast

Ingredients
1. Chia seeds
2. Mango
3. Pineapple
4. Banana
5. Coconut water
6. Greek yogurt
7. Honey (optional)
8. Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of coconut water. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a gel-like consistency.
2. In a blender, combine chopped mango, pineapple chunks, and a sliced banana.
3. Add the soaked chia seeds to the blender along with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
4. Optionally, drizzle honey into the mixture for added sweetness.
5. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
6. Pour the tropical chia smoothie into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
