Bahia Blanca: At least 14 people killed in heavy rain and powerful storm in Argentina. Winds reached up to 140 kilometers per hour in the city of Bahia Blanca. At least 300 people had been evacuated due to storm and rain.
The city is near the southern tip of Buenos Aires province, one of Argentina’s top grain-producing regions. Argentine President Javier Milei traveled Sunday to Bahia Blanca with several ministers to coordinate aid efforts.

In Uruguay at least two people died in the early hours of Sunday as the storm knocked down trees and tore off roofs.
