Ranchi: Jharkhand state government has decided to shut schools in the state. The state government has decided to keep schools closed from December 26 to December 31. The decision was taken as the overall temperature has dropped below 10 degrees Celsius in the state.
As per the official notification, schools for classes 1 to 9 and 11 will be closed from December 26 to December 31. However, considering the board exams, schools may keep classes 10 and 12 open as per the requirement.

The class 10th and class 12th board exams in the state will start on February 6 and conclude on February 26, 2023. For more information regarding the board exam, students can visit the official website, jac.jharhand.gov.in.
