Paragon, the renowned restaurant in Kozhikode, has achieved a remarkable feat by climbing to the fifth position in Taste Atlas’s recent ranking of the world’s top restaurants. Just six months ago, the restaurant celebrated its 11th position among the world’s top 150 restaurants. Taste Atlas has highlighted Malabar Biryani as Paragon’s iconic dish. In the latest ranking, two Indian restaurants, Paragon in Kozhikode and Tunday Kababi in Lucknow, secured positions in the top six, with Tunday Kababi ranking sixth. Figlmuller in Vienna claimed the top spot. Sumesh Govind, Paragon’s CEO and culinary composer, expressed joy at the rapid ascent in the rankings and pledged to continue delivering exceptional culinary experiences to global patrons.
