Mumbai: Leading two-wheeler barnd in the country, Royal Enfield has hiked the price of Himalayan 450. The introductory prices were only valid until December 31, 2023. Royal Enfield has now revealed the new Himalayan 450 prices.
The Kaza Brown colour scheme has seen a Rs 16,000 price increase, while the Slate Blue and Red colour schemes have seen a Rs 15,000 price increase. Meanwhile, the Hanle Black and Kamet White have seen a Rs 14,000 price increase. New prices for the Hanle Black are Rs 2.98 lakh, while the Kaza Brown, Slate Blue and Red, and Kamet White are Rs 2.85 lakh, Rs 2.89 lakh, and Rs 2.93 lakh, respectively.

The bike is powered by a new Sherpa 450 engine. It is a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder 452 cc engine. This is Royal Enfield’s first attempt at producing a liquid-cooled engine. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch, and it produces 40 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm at 5,500 rpm.
The new Himalayan is 54 mm shorter, 55 mm longer, and 12 mm wider. It has 1,510 mm wheelbase. The new Royal Enfield Himalayan features a circular 4-inch full-colour TFT instrument panel with integrated media control and navigation via Google Maps. It is also equipped with smartphone connectivity and has a USB-C charging port. The kerb weight has been reduced to 196 kg.
