Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Dunki” has achieved a milestone by crossing the Rs 400 crore mark in gross worldwide collections, as announced by the makers on Tuesday. Despite receiving mixed reviews since its release on December 21, the comedy drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani has garnered significant global success. Red Chillies Entertainment, one of the production houses associated with “Dunki,” celebrated the achievement, stating that the movie has grossed Rs 400.40 crore globally, expressing gratitude for the audience’s endless love.
“Dunki,” which revolves around the theme of illegal immigration through a technique known as ‘donkey flight,’ features a star-studded cast including Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. Presented by JIO Studios and Rajkumar Hirani Films, the film continues to soar at the box office, proving its commercial success despite initial critical reviews.
