Bollywood star Salman Khan has reportedly received another death threat, along with an extortion demand of Rs 2 crore, prompting Mumbai police to file an FIR against an unidentified individual. The anonymous message, sent to the Mumbai traffic police on Tuesday, threatened Khan with harm if the money was not paid. This incident follows a similar threat earlier in October, where a demand of Rs 5 crore was issued via the police WhatsApp helpline. Authorities have since arrested one man from Jamshedpur in connection with the earlier case and another individual from Noida for threats against Khan and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique.
Khan has previously been targeted by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with gunfire reported outside his Bandra residence in April. An alleged plot by the Bishnoi gang to harm the actor was uncovered by Navi Mumbai police earlier this year, leading to increased security around Khan. The recent threats and past incidents highlight ongoing security concerns for the actor.
