WhatsApp went down and come back to normal, problem still undiscovered

One of the top messaging app WhatsApp went down for half an hour and becomes normal after. The unknown outage occurs at Indian time 2.15 pm and about 2.45 the Whatsapp started working again. Problem affected whole globe and users were panics.

Messages can’t be sent and unable to receive any messages over a period of half hour. Thousands of people reported that WhatsApp went down in social media. Most of the people tweet their fear under the #Whatsappdown, which was trending on India, the biggest market for the social messenger app. Not only in India but also in Pakistan, Britain, Germany, and many other countries.

 The Facebook bought WhatsApp in the year 2014 and in response to the problem Facebook spokesperson said that the company in investigating into the problem

This is the third big outage WhatsApp suffered this year. It also went down in May and August for a brief duration. Interestingly, WhatsApp has never offered a proper explanation of problem behind the outage. Instead, it only provided a standard message to some of its users through the app.

 It says “Our service is experiencing a problem right now. We are working on it and hope to restore the functionality shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience,” the app notified some users.
