The incident took place on Thursday in HAL police station limits but came to light on Sunday. Before committing suicide, the deceased, Anthony Robert, also sent a message to his wife Prabha’s sister.

After shifting to Jagadish Nagar, Prabha allegedly contacted her paramour and resumed the affair.

Anthony who took up employment at a private company used to leave home in the morning at return in the evening. During that time, Prabha and Anand met at the house daily. However, on Thursday Anthony caught them red-handed.

On the same night before hanging himself, he wrote a three-page death note in which he said he loved Prabha deeply and cannot see her with another person. He also accused Prabha’s mother and brothers of harassing him and requested the police to take action against them after his death.
