In August 2016, the Election Commission rejected the petition demanding the removal of CPM’s registration. The petition states that the Election Commission rejected the objections raised by the applicants in the applicants.
The argument is that the Constitution of the CPM is not fully entitled to the Constitution of India. The CPM registered a petition that was raised by false cases and was false. The claimant argues that the main purpose of the CPM is that it is unconstitutional and the party has been formed for illegal purposes.
In the petition, the petition sought that the Election Commission be asked to produce documents issued to register as a CPM party in September 1989.
