After the trail of Bhopal gang rape On Saturday court sentenced all four accused to life imprisonment till they die. Not only the DNA test, Soil and Water tests were used to nail the accused.
“In 55 days (since the crime), the investigation was completed, the charge sheet filed, and all four accused sentenced to life imprisonment. Strict and timely justice puts a check on criminal activities,” the CM said after a public function in Nasarullahganj of Sehore. “I feel relieved as justice is done in record time and criminals sentenced.” Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said
Golu Bihari, Amar, alias Guntu, Rajesh, alias Raju and Ramesh Mehra would be locked up for the rest of their lives. The judge also fined the convicts Rs 60,000, which would be utilized for rehabilitation of the survivor. It’s very rare for convicts to be jailed till death in a rape case.
