Here comes Samsung Galaxy S9+; new challenge to iPhone X

It released its first Android smartphone in 2009 and can be credited with the launch of the first Android tablet back in 2010. The company is among the biggest players in the smartphone market in the world. It has recently developed smartphones running Tizen OS, as an alternative to its Android-based smartphones.

 

Samsung Galaxy S9+ is an upcoming smartphone by Samsung. The phone is rumored to come with a 6.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2960 pixels at a PPI of 531 pixels per inch.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is expected to be powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and come with 4GB of RAM. The phone is rumored to pack 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ is rumored to pack a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is rumored to run Android 8.0.

The Samsung Galaxy S9+ tipped to be a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that will accept Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options are said to include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone are rumored to include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope
