In a historic moment for SpaceX, the company launched the world’s most powerful rocket named Falcon Heavy. The highly anticipated launch took place on Tuesday, carrying
CEO Elon Musk’s cherry red Tesla roadster toward an orbit near Mars.
The launch took place at Cape Canaveral, Florida as the massive rocket fired its 27 engines. The launch took place at the same launch that used to be NASA’s launch pad for moon missions four decades ago.

Loaded with Musk’s red Tesla and a mannequin in a spacesuit, the monster rocket’s historic test voyage has captured the world’s imagination.
CEO Elon Musky has also posted a video on twitter after the Rocket has reached the orbit around the earth. In the video he can be heard saying “It actually really doesn’t look real, it’s crazy,”.
With this debut, the Falcon Heavy aims to become the most capable launch vehicle available.
It is designed to deliver a maximum payload to low-Earth orbit of 64 tonnes. The launch is viewed to be a great as far as future Mrs missions are considered.
