A village in Arunachal Pradesh has become, thanks to Narendra Modi Government and its decision to release the amount for Land Acquisition. The ministry has reportedly released payment worth Rs 40,80,38,400.
The amount was released by the Defence ministry to 32 families. The amount was given for acquiring 200.056 acres of land. Since 40 crores were distributed among just 31 families in Bomja Village, all of them have become crorepatis. On family got as much as 6.73 crores.

29 families were given Rs 1,09,03,813.37 each. This move has made the only village in the country where every member is a crorepati.
The land was acquired for installing Key Location Plan Units of Tawang Garrison. by Indian Army. Arunachal Chief minister Pema Khandu distributed the compensation and said that more such compensation is online. He also lauded Prime Minister for the recent developments in the state.
