This incredibly easy recipe is every Nutella lover’s dream come true.
Ingredients
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
1 cup Nutella
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Beat the egg white until it is stiff
Add egg yolks and caster sugar
Beat till the mixture turn silky
Add maida and 1 tsp baking powder
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix again
Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with butter paper
Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
Take the sponge cake out of the oven and flip it so that it would come off from the tray
Pull out the butter paper
Spread Nutella on top of the cake generously
Roll it carefully refrigerate until firm
Slice and serve
