Medical diagnosis are revealing, but often takes too much of money and time. What if you can just look at your tongue and understand about your health ? To begin with, you are best advised to do this hours after you have consumed any food. Because the colour of the tongue, the coating on it etc can be influenced by the medicine you take, the food you ate last etc. So don’t rush in to judgements. But to start with, ideally you want your tongue to be light pink. So if it appears so, just be happy that you are a healthy person.
