Live life, a king size’ is the way of life for the Punjabis. Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) bowler Mohit Sharma reached the training session in an unconventional way. Instead of turning up for the training session with the team, Mohit preferred to take his Suzuki Hayabusa out for a ride. KXIP players are currently in Indore for their home game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) which is scheduled to take place on May 12.
Here’s what KXIP posted on their Twitter account —
Looks like @imohitsharma18‘s found a much quicker way to turn up for training ??#LivePunjabiPlayPunjabi #KXIP #VIVOIPL #KingsXIPunjab pic.twitter.com/lJUQwoICEg

Mohit has played five games for KXIP so far and has scalped 5 wickets. He has been expensive this season with an economy rate of 11.08. There is a slim chance that he gets to feature in the side against KKR. He was unable to take a wicket against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the previous match and leaked 29 runs in three overs.

His slower balls and knuckleballs have not been as effective as they were in the previous editions of IPL. As a result, he did not get a call to feature in India’s ODI squad against Ireland as well as the T20I, ODI squad against England.
