Jos Buttler made a comeback of sorts when he was selected for the England team to play the test series against Pakistan. Considered as a white-ball impact player, Buttler made it to the English side making his case with the current red-hot-form that he is in.
It was his knock in England’s first innings that helped the team demolish the Pakistan side with ease, within the first three days.
Buttler, who made a match-winning score of 80 runs in only 101 balls in the Lord’s test match, carried an interesting piece of external motivation on his bat’s handle. Known for his no-nonsense attitude and brawn style of batting, Buttler had scribbled ‘F**k It’ on his bat, as it was caught on the cam.
