A somatic sex coach and certified Sexological Bodyworker, Victoria Louise Smith, 27, from Gold Coast, Queensland hosts ‘guided masturbation circles and ‘yoni massage’ in a bid to help her clients ‘love themselves’. She refers to herself as a ‘tantric witch’. “I perform sex magic and use ritual to help transformations in relationships,” she said. Victoria hosts the workshops with her boyfriend Danny, 26, to help people tune into their bodily desires and sensations.
People attending the workshop are asked to bring oil, a towel, a blanket and a sarong. Victoria verbally guides the circle through a masturbation session and on occasion she performs physical demonstrations for 65 dollars. The sessions are attended by both mixed and single gender between the ages of 21 and 80. They come into the circles and learn to pleasure themselves with the aim of becoming more comfortable with their bodies.

According to Victoria, some experience a therapeutic element to the circles, helping them to heal from past sexual violations. “I help others find freedom through sexuality,” she said. Victoria claims to improve her clients’ relationships with themselves and others by making changes on a cellular level through the body. “Come and help rid our society of shame and taboo around sexuality and come back to your own erotic innocence.”
Another aim of ‘pleasure circle’ is to help people attract and obtain partners who can satisfy them sexually and emotionally. And according to some clients, they are ‘more comfortable in their skin and they’re sex lives have improved’. Victoria also provides yoni massage to women with the aim of creating positive and healthy energy to enable healing.
Victoria regularly shares images of masturbation circles on her Instagram as well as positive messages about the freedom of sexuality and educational posts about sex in general.
