Mutton Stew

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1-1/2 Onion
- 6 Whole Red Chili
- 1 tbsp Whole Cumin
- ½ tsp Whole Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 700g Mutton
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 5 Tomato Puree
- Half cup Yogurt
- 4 Green Chili
- 5g Green Coriander
- For garnishing Ginger
Cooking Method
- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion, whole red chili, whole cumin, whole garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes until light brown.
- Now, add Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste and cook for 2 minutes
- Now, add mutton, Salt, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Mehran Black Pepper Powder and cook for 10-12 minutes
- Now, add tomato puree, yogurt and mix them. After that, simmer for 30-35 minutes, then cook for 2-3 minutes
- Now, add green chilli, green coriander and cook for 5 minutes, then use ginger for garnishing
- Your tasty Mutton Stew now ready to serve
