Ramadan Special Recipe : Chicken Pakora With Bones

Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken with bones
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- ½ cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons gram flour
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Oil to deep fry
How To Prepare
- Combine the chicken, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, onion, coriander powder, gram flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and a little water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Top it with lemon juice.
- Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
