Ramadan Special Recipe : Tandoori Chicken Pakora

Ingredients

  • 500 gm boneless chicken strips
  • ½ cup curd
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • Oil to grease the tandoor grill

 How To Prepare

  1. Combine the chicken cubes, curd, tandoori masala, garam masala, chaat masala, Kashmiri chili powder, chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, mustard oil, and salt. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Grease the griller and char the chicken strips.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
