Would you help a random stranger who requests you? How far would you go to help them? Will you go as far as this teenage girl?
In a heartwarming incident, a dyslexic teenage girl from the US went out of her way to help a deaf and blind man who was traveling alone on the same flight as hers.
The incident shared on Facebook has now gone viral and people are mighty impressed with the girl named Clara.
According to a Facebook post shared by her mother, when crew members asked passengers if anyone knew sign language, Clara stepped up without giving a second thought to help the man.
“Clara has been studying American Sign Language so she rang the flight attendant button. They explained that the passenger was not only deaf but also blind,” reads the post.
Tim Cook was heading home on an Alaska Airlines flight after visiting his sister, but couldn’t communicate with attendants.

“Several times he requested her assistance throughout the flight. Toward the end of the flight he asked for her again, and this time he just wanted to talk. She spent the remainder of the flight until landing with him. He asked her lots of questions, and she signed-spelled the answers into his hand.”

Clara and her mum were scheduled to go on another flight which was canceled and were placed on this flight which has Tim. For Clara, it was fate that got her to be on this flight to help Tim.
A co-passenger, Lynette Scribner, who was sitting in the same row the man, shared on Facebook pictures of the young woman helping a deaf and blind fellow passenger. The post went viral with over 1.2 million reactions and more than 6.5 lakh shares.

The post touched millions of hearts online and prompted the airline to share a blog post of the incident writing: ‘After the flight landed, a service provider from a senior living home picked Cook up at the airport’.
