HMD Global has been long rumoured to launch the more powerful version of the Nokia 5.1 smartphone, called Nokia 5.1 Plus. The handset has been leaked several times and has appeared in certification websites as well. If launched, the smartphone will be the company’s ninth handset after Nokia 1, Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 6, Nokia X6, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco. The company has not been great at keeping the naming scheme easy and understandable for users but it is quite visibly planning to expand its line up across different segments.
