Easy Breakfast for Busy Peoples: Scrambled Eggs with Chicken Sausages Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Potato , chopped
- 2 Chicken sausages (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 6 Eggs
- To flavour Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cheese, grated
- Handful Spring onions, chopped
- To spread Butter
- Burger buns
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Method
Heat up the pan with olive oil. Put potato into the pan and fry till it turns a golden brown colour. Put the chicken sausages in the pan and toss them. Now add onions into the pan along with salt & pepper. Turn off the heat and transfer them into another pan. Beat the eggs to a mixture and add milk, and cheese and whisk. Heat the pan and add both the mixtures and cook on low heat. Then gently scrape the bottom and add salt, pepper and sprinkle some spring onions. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread butter on the buns and grill them for 4 minutes in the oven. Garnish with spring onions.
