Ingredients Of Tricolor Dimsums
- 100 Gram Thigh minced Chicken
- 5 Gram Green chilli
- 5 Gram Fresh coriander
- 5 Gram Oyster sauce
- 5 Gram Sesame oil
- To taste Salt
- 2 Gram Broth powder
- 2 Gram White pepper powder
Method
Take minced chicken in a bowl, add chilly, coriander, oyster sauce, and seasoning. Mix it properly then make a dough of dimsums with flour and milk. Make it smoothly, take small balls and spread. Put the filling in dough and steam well for 4 minutes and serve it hot.
