A 24-year-old man was allegedly stabbed eight times in his chest and abdomen in the national capital.
A man out on bail in a robbery case allegedly murdered a 24-year-old following a fight over Rs 500 just a day before the victim’s wedding anniversary on Eid day.
Within an hour of the murder, police caught the suspect and his minor brother from a bus stop when they were planning to flee the city. Another suspect was arrested early on Wednesday.

Details by Police inform that the deceased had purchased a phone for Rs 500 from the suspect, Khalid Mohammad (24). The brawl between the two took place after Khan came to know that the phone was a stolen one and asked Mohammad to return his money. After argument turned violent, Mohammad took out a knife and stabbed him eight times in his chest. As the victim screamed for help, the suspects fled from the spot.
Mohammad was accompanied by his 17-year-old brother and friend, Mukesh Kumar (23).
