The Uttar Pradesh police have arrested five people including a woman for alleged bovine slaughter. They were arrested in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur district.
After getting a tip-off, the police conducted a raid in a jungle near a village in Garhmukteshwar area and found bovine carcasses. A case has been registered against the arrested people.
Police are searching for 15 people who have escaped.
