Shocking!!!!Beautician murdered ; assassins hired by own family.

Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, a 45-year-old woman, who ran three beauty parlours and also worked as real estate broker, was allegedly hacked to death by four contract killers, who were hired by her husband and their son over a property worth Rs 2 crore.

The incident took place at the victim’s residence in Bengaluru. According to the police, the four paid killers broke into the house of the deceased woman, identified as Geetha, around 2 am on August 16 and murdered her. They also attacked her nephew named Nagarjuna before leaving the house.

On hearing havoc, Shankarappa, the victim’s neighbour, woke up and noticed three men rushing into Geetha’s house and two others fleeing the spot. Shankarappa told the police that the trio said that they were ambulance staff, who took her to a hospital, where she was declared dead.

According to the police, 15 years ago, Geetha had left her husband Anjanu BR. Their son Varun was staying with his father. “We tried to contact her son Varun at 4 am. But his mobile phone was switched off. He himself came to the spot at 7 am and we picked him up for probe as he was the prime suspect. He confessed the crime,”

The now-deceased woman’s father had transferred a residential property to her son’s name while she wanted it to be transferred to her name. Four years ago, her son and husband gave her Rs 10 lakh for settling the matter. The son sold the property for Rs 2 crore. The buyer gave him only Rs 1.5 crore as Geetha had lodged a civil case for the disputed property. The buyer said that he would pay remaining Rs 50 lakh only when Geetha withdraws the case. The father-son duo then tried to convince Geetha for withdrawing the case. However, she refused to do so, following which they decided to eliminate her.

Police have arrested Anjani, Varun and the four assailants- Naveen Kumar D (34, Pradeep (22, Nagaraju (22) and Nagaraja (21).
