Here’s a simple recipe for a keto-friendly broccoli salad:

Keto Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
– 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably sugar-free)
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup bacon bits (cooked and crumbled)
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh broccoli florets.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.

3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and toss until the broccoli is well coated.

4. Add the chopped red onion, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley (if using). Toss again to combine all the ingredients evenly.

5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
