Mumbai: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) led by former Indian skipper MS Dhoni purchased six players in the Indian Premier League (IPL) Players Auction in Dubai. CSK acquired Daryl Mitchell for Rs 14 crore, who had a base price of Rs 1 crore. They also purchased 2023 World Cup star Rachin Ravindra.
The five-time champion team bought uncapped Indian batter Sameer Rizvi for Rs 8.4 crore. CSK resigned India all-rounder Shardul Thakur, following his release from KKR.
