Ingredients:
– 1 medium-sized cauliflower (gobi)
– 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
– 2 tablespoons rice flour
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– Salt to taste

Instructions:
