The Food and Safety Department issued a notice to suspend the activity of Dominos’ Pizza near Shasthamangalam in Trivandrum. The action is after a complaint filed by a Trivandrum native housewife.
According to reports, a housewife ordered Pizza from Dominos’ outlet last week and she finds out chewing gum on the delivered pizza. The authorities conducted a check-up at the Dominos’ Pizza outlet.
According to reports, the officials said that the franchise outlet was working in an unhygienic environment. After the inspection, it is founded that food and safety regulation are violated even for the drinking water in the outlet.
Housewife filed a complaint with food and safety commissioner after she received pizza with chewing gum on it. She also notifies the outlet regarding the incident.
Although, the Dominus Pizza Authority denies the reports of food and safety department inspection in the outlet and asserted that the outlet is operating without any problem.
