Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram

- 1 cup idli dosa mixture
- 4 large grains of rice
- 1/3 cup jaggery
- 3 large coconut, tighten
- 1 big fat oily pie
- Salt, according to taste
- Water, according to experiment

How to make
- To make Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram, first add Idli dosa mixture, rice semolina, jaggery, coconut, salt, eliichi powder, a little water and mix in a mixing bowl.
- Put aside for 5 minutes separately and mix again. Heat the paniyaram pan and pour some oil in every hole.
- After heated, add the mixture to it and cover it. Cook on low flame.
- After cooking with one side, turn it over and cook on the other side. Cook from both sides until golden. Remove from pan and serve
- Serve the Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram for an evening snack or breakfast with a spice tea or filter coffee.
