Corn And Capsicum Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet corn, steamed
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) , finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
- 2 sprigs Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheese, grated
- 8 Bread slices
- Butter, as required
- Salt, to taste

How to make
- To begin making the Corn And Capsicum Sandwich recipe, take a bowl and mix all ingredient including corn, capsicum, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, fresh coriander and grated cheese.
- Spread some butter on bread slices. Spread the corn capsicum stuffing which we made earlier on the bread slices.
- Cover it with other bread slice. Spread butter on top and bottom side of bread.
- Place the sandwich in a preheated sandwich maker. Grill it till it becomes crisp and golden in colour.
- Slice them and it is ready to be served.
