The recipe of ghee roasted bananas.
Ingredients:
- Ripe sweet Banana – 1
- Ghee – 1 ½ tbsp. or as you needed
- Sugar – as needed
- Cardamom Powder – 1 pinch
Method:
- Slice the banana length wise or in ½ inch rounds.
- Take a non-stick pan. Heat ghee in it.
- Shallow fry the banana pieces for five minutes until the external layer is golden brown on each side.
- Sprinkle cardamom and saute it once again.
- Garnish it by sprinkling white sugar or white sesame seeds.
- Serve it with a cup of hot tea.
