Some of the things you eat on a regular basis may be adding to your arthritis discomfort. Whether we like it or not, dietary choices are critical when it comes to joint health. A well-balanced diet can improve general health, help you maintain a healthy weight, and even lower your risk of joint inflammation. A diet high in processed foods, on the other hand, may aggravate your arthritic symptoms. So, if you suffer from arthritic discomfort, avoid meals that are heavy in fat, sugar, refined carbohydrates, and salt. They can aggravate inflammation.
