Ingredients:
– 1 ripe honeydew melon
– 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons honey
– Juice of 1 lime
– Fresh mint leaves, chopped (for garnish)
– Optional: a pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Cut the honeydew melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and discard them. Cut the melon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
