Ingredients
1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 teaspoon Dry ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
4 tablespoon Jaggery
2 tablespoon Cashew nuts, ground
1 pinch Salt
Ghee, for cooking

How to make
We begin making the Kerala Style Banana Dosa Recipe by heating jaggery with ¼ cup water into a saucepan till it dissolves.
Mash the bananas into a bowl, add all the other ingredients including the jaggery syrup and add 1 cup water and mix well to form a thick pancake batter.
Heat a nonstick pan with ghee and pour a ladle on the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on either side and flip it over. Do the rest to remaining batter.
