When you stress, it affects your work. Increase your productivity with this 4th simple yoga step to perform without stepping out of your office.
Exercise 4:
Bend your head towards your chest. Exhale slowly
Do a slow neck rotation ending with your head tilting backward. Inhale slowly when you do this.
Do another neck rotation with your head ending with your head bent towards your chest. Slowly exhale.
Do this 5 times in a clockwise motion.
And 5 times anti-clockwise motion.
Make slow and deliberate movements.
